Saturday night Vitali Klitschko retained his WBC belt with a 10th round KO win over Albert Sosnowski, the London-based Polish fighter Albert Sosnowski in Gelsenkirchen.
The referee, Jay Nady, stepped in to stop the fight after when Klitschko knocked down Sosnowski with 1 more minute to go in the 10th round.
Sosnowski reported said after the fight that he is grateful for this fight and he hopes to have another shot at the title in future.
Sosnowski would be the first Pole to hold the title if he was able to win this fight.
The next opponent for Vitali should be clear for anyone who has listened to the ramblings of Cyprus based British fighter David Haye.
